- Immediate payment of R 3 500 as a non-refundable fee for AI document preparation;
- R3 000 due upon the enrolment of your divorce case, payable to the attorney;
- R1 000 fee for the Advocate's appearance in the High Court;
- Additional charges for the Sheriff's services (approximately R 500);
- All legal documents are meticulously prepared using Artificial Intelligence technology;
- Legal professionals review and endorse the documents on your behalf;
- The attorney/advocate will accompany the Plaintiff to the divorce court hearing.
Other Provinces.
Legal Assistance for Divorce Service - R 10 500 (excluding fees for the Sheriff), provided that both parties are living in South Africa.
- Immediate payment of R4 500 as a non-refundable fee for AI document preparation;
- R5 000 due upon the enrolment of your divorce case, payable to the attorney;
- R1 000 fee for the Advocate's appearance in the High Court;
- Additional charges for the Sheriff's services( approximately R 500);
- All legal documents are meticulously prepared using Artificial Intelligence technology;
- Legal professionals review and endorse the documents on your behalf;
- The attorney/advocate will accompany the Plaintiff to the divorce court hearing.
