​Online Divorce Process:

  1. Complete the detailed divorce questionnaire.
  2. Make a payment of R3 500, if you live in the Western Cape or R 4 500 if you live in another province (VAT included).
  3. Your divorce papers will be drafted utilising our Artificial Intelligence Platform, checked by an Attorney and we will send them to you via email for signature. 

Offline Process:

After accuracy verification by our divorce experts, your documents will be ready. You will receive these documents via email for printing. You and your spouse must sign the Deed of Settlement (or Consent Paper) and the Parenting Plan if applicable. Ensure you have all necessary copies of the documents. The originals must then be delivered to the attorney.
